Operation Cost Optimization Method of Regional Integrated Energy System in Electricity Market Environment Considering Uncertainty

In the electricity market environment, regional integrated energy system (RIES) can reduce total operation cost by participating in transactions. However, RIES will face risk of load and price uncertainties, which may make its higher than expected. This paper proposes a method to optimize environment considering uncertainty. Firstly, based on structure flow relationship is analyzed, model built. Then, purchase costs medium- long-term markets, spot market, retail are analyzed. Finally, optimization established conditional value-at-risk. Then it solved obtain strategy RIES. Verification results show that proposed high scenario optimizing distribution strategy, constrain help balance risks benefits.
